I think the penalty far exceeds the crime in this instance, especially when you consider that Anglophone or Francophone bashing would have likely been considered acceptable. I mean, all this radio host did was fail to quickly hang up the phone on a caller during a 'call-in' talk show, so loose a months salary? Too harsh!
